1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KairoClaw ("Service"), provided by BSigma AI Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KairoClaw is an enterprise agentic AI platform that allows you to configure and deploy reasoning agents with defined identities, rules, tools, and escalation policies. The Service is available as a managed cloud solution or self-hosted deployment.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law or regulation; process data you are not authorized to handle; attempt to circumvent agent safety guardrails or escalation policies; or reverse-engineer the platform.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. KairoClaw does not claim ownership of data processed by your agents. For self-hosted deployments, your data never leaves your infrastructure.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance.

7. Limitation of Liability

KairoClaw agents make decisions based on configured rules and available data. While we design for accuracy and safety, you are responsible for reviewing agent decisions in accordance with your escalation policies. KairoClaw is not liable for decisions made by agents acting within their configured parameters.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data. We will delete your data within 90 days of termination unless required by law to retain it.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
